- Created and adhered to the shop build schedule
- Priced out set build and tracked scenic budget
- Purchased, managed, and transported all scenic materials
- Sourced and managed extra labor when needed
- Turned drawings from Scenic Designer into a 3D Vectorworks model
- Built scenery as directed by the Scenic Designer
- Worked with the lighting electrician and video teams to incorporate practicals
- Loaded all scenery into theatre
- Attended meetings, designer run, and other meetings as requested
- Attended to any notes during the run
- Lead strike for scenery
